Who do I advise of changes?
  • Any person who is an undischarged bankrupt must ensure their details are kept up to date and current at all times.
  • During your period of Bankruptcy, your trustee may from time to time have a need to contact you to advise you of changes or seek clarification of information received.
  • As a bankrupt if your trustee is the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy, you are obliged to inform ITSA of changes to your address, contact details, employer and income.

  • If your trustee is a Registered Trustee, you need to inform them of change in your address, contact details, employment and income. Your Registered Trustee's contact details can be accessed through our site.
